Courtney brings to her position as Kaiako a wealth of knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education. Courtney has a strong foundation in early childhood pedagogy and a commitment to life-long learning.
Courtney is a Mum to two boys, Theo and Charlie, and has recently moved over to Otūmoetai. Courtney teaches through respectful, relationship-based practice and is very excited to begin her journey here at Elm Tree.
