Kaitlyn grew up in Hamilton and made the move to teach in Tauranga in 2019, gaining a Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood Education. Kaitlyn believes in providing each and every child with a positive learning environment where through respectful teaching practices she can provide children the freedom of choice so they can develop at their own pace.
